Are Khorne Chaos Warriors with great weapons good?
Khorne Chaos Warriors with great weapons are very good at one job: breaking armour and monsters. They won all 10 of their charges into both Jade Warriors and Rat Ogres in my tests.

Their job is breaking armour and monsters. I would not send them into big cheap blocks, where their seven bodies and Strike Last cost them fights.
How many simulations I ran
I ran 70 complete combats with Khorne Chaos Warriors with great weapons, each fought through break tests and pursuit to the end: 40 with them charging and 30 with the enemy charging. My build lab also ran 6,000 combats with this exact Khorne GW Warriors build, and it points the same way. These were the results.
A simulation is only as good as its assumptions, and the ones behind my Khorne GW Warriors results leave out terrain, magic, characters and a thinking opponent. One lucky break test can move a result by a whole fight, so the Khorne GW Warriors’ Clanrats on the charge (4/10) could easily have come out one either way. They show the right place for Khorne GW Warriors in a list; your dice on the night are another matter.

What I think Khorne GW Warriors are good at
- They were my best performers against hard single-wound infantry and multi-wound T4 targets.
- S6, AP−2 and Armour Bane is exactly what Ironbreakers and Rat Ogres hate.
- I would point them at armour, Toughness and expensive models, and get the charge whenever possible.
Watch out
They only have seven bodies. Strike Last and low Unit Strength make them much less comfortable when something charges them or when they face lots of cheap bodies.

My conclusion
Based on these results, I would use Khorne Chaos Warriors with great weapons for charging armour, monsters and expensive elite models, and not for big cheap blocks or receiving charges, to get the most out of them on the battlefield.
